Summary: I would of liked the pool to be heated and as they offer boots for the garden we were not sure where that was.

Summary: Beautiful little hotel next to the walls of carcassone castle. Great spot with pool and rooms with decks ( worth it). Only complaint is rooms are tight for two pieces of luggage and not a huge fan of only hand held showers( although my wife loved the bath and shower..is romantic..note this has a 2 star Michelin restaurant attached but only open Tuesday to Saturday.

Summary: Perfect location close to the gates of the walled city. Easy parking once the system is explained. Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. Rooms are immaculate and have a small fridge and pod coffee machine. Decor is excellent and has deck access to most rooms. Good if you smoke, not if you don’t. Reception was efficient and polite. Note the bath had a hand held shower with no facility for hands free use. The drinks and breakfast are overpriced and underwhelming when there are bars and cafes just inside the walls. Definitely worth the stay except for the shower.

Summary: Great hotel, so close to the entrance to the medieval city. The reception were so helpful and booked a fabulous restaurant for us. Also we were able to park our camper van securely which was good. We will return and dine at the sister hotel’s restaurant next time
